WKJCE Hate Speech Policy.

WKJCE WILL NOT BROADCAST HATE SPEECH.
Hate speech is speech that condemns, damns, calls for the death
penalty, ostracism, deportation or denial of common liberties to
any individual or group of individuals, based on who they are.
This policy includes race, national origin, ethnicity, gender,
sexual orientation, gender identity, disability and age. This
policy extends to all participants in programs aired on WKJCE;
hosts, guests, telephone calls, live or tape interviews, speeches
or sermons. 

WKJCE will not broadcast statements that the Bible or
God calls for death or the death penalty for any person based on
any traits outlined above. Pejorative name calling of any group
listed above is not permitted on WKJCE, including "sodomites",
"fagot", racial and sexual slurs.

    It is the responsibility of each producer on WKJCE Radio to
understand that if a violation or violations of this contractual
clause is delivered to WKJCE for broadcast, the violating
material will be removed from the air. Repeated violations in
one show may result in the termination of that show at the
discretion of WKJCE operations personnel and subject the
producer to a review by WKJCE as to the continued relationship
between WKJCE and the producer in question.
